The Quay to the Cove Cookbook

It’s a cookbook with a personal story, tracing the background of charismatic British entrepreneur Lloyd Rooney and his partner Mike Fraser, who have now just opened there 7th restaurant together in NZ.

Together they have the Cove in Waipu, an iconic cafe that made the top 100 eateries in NZ - The Quay in Whangarei, The Dune in Mangawhai and now Number 8 and Loco Bar in Whangarei.
